Product Description
PVC coated gypsum board with aluminum foil backing, some of our customers call it as PVC laminated gypsum ceiling tile, vinyl faced gypsum panel or gypsum ceiling board.
We have manufacture producing bare gypsum board and use our own bare board as base board for PVC gypsum ceiling tile, our paper-faced gyspum board is very strong and flat, and we use nice PVC as the laminated face, the PVC is good temper with bright sight, meanwhile, our quality glue, aluminum foil, new cutting machine, advanced management, and strict quality control help us to make top quality standard of ceiling tiles. The final product has the following characters: Thermal insulation, fireproof, moisture proof, no sagging and no warpping, economic, fashionable, beautiful and environmental.
Thickness(mm): 7.0mm, 7.5mm, 8.0mm. 8.5mm. 9.0mm, 9.5mm
Usual size(mm): 595x595mm; 600x600mm; 603x603mm; 605x605mm; 595x1195mm; 600x1200mm; 603x1212mm; 605x1210mm; 609x1219mm.
Design: We produce varieties of designs and colors, or according to clients' specifications.
Packing: Uaually one carton contains 6PCS or 8 PCS or 10PCS, we use a paper carton to wrap side of ceiling tiles, and shrinking plastic(PE bag) cover the whole package, this can avoid damage and moisture-resistant.
